Liebe Dora,
Book
11/2020 11/20

The book Liebe Dora, traces the story of the fleeing of Dory, her children and horses during the Second World War from today’s Poland to Schleswig-Holstein on the basis of letters from Dora’s sister. The text passages are interspersed with series of pictures from different periods of Dora’s life, her siblings and her parents’ horse breeding. The design is kept clear and sober so that the written word can unfold its full effect. In addition to the texts, some of the originals are shown — from an archive of more than 10,000 documents.
