Tellavision is a musician that takes influence from indie music, rap & krautrock. The front cover of the album Add Land shows the back of the artist’s head with the view directed into the distant sky. It features a formal analogy to Caspar David Friedrich’s painting "Wanderer Ă¼ber dem Nebelmeer" and talks about discovering new territories and musical styles. The idea of discovery is also reflected in the design of the title: It is distributed in a grid between measuring crosses, as seen in photographs taken by Nasa during the first moon landing.
