Tellavision is a musician that takes influence from indie music, rap & krautrock. The front cover of the album Add Land shows the back of the artist’s head with the view directed into the distant sky. It features a formal analogy to Caspar David Friedrich’s painting "Wanderer über dem Nebelmeer" and talks about discovering new territories and musical styles. The idea of discovery is also reflected in the design of the title: It is distributed in a grid between measuring crosses, as seen in photographs taken by Nasa during the first moon landing.
